Wayne L. Eder, EFO, MBA is the Director of the University of Nevada, Reno Fire Science Academy. He has obtained ten (10) fire vehicles through grants and donations for needy fire departments, and used innovative funding techniques to purchase more apparatus, improving firefighter safety while reducing community ISO ratings. His efforts have won him recognition as Citizen of the Year for the Gazelle (CA) FPD/Siskiyou County Fire Chiefs Association. Pictured with Asst.
